Our own Teddy's Angels running team were awarded this year's "Best Dressed Team" at the Jane Tomlinsons Leeds 10k 'run for all' event. We are all proud of them for their efforts and how well they represented Yorkshire Cancer Centre.
Leeds 10k 21st June 2009
Yorkshire Cancer Centre was proudly represented on 21st June as 500 runners of all abilities took to the streets of Leeds in support of Yorkshire Cancer Centre. Patients, their families and friends participated in the third Leeds 10k which was initiated by Jane Tomlinson in 2007.
Huge thanks to all who ran or walked the course – good luck with your sponsorship. Thanks also to those who came along to offer support by either marshalling or volunteering in some way and of course to those who came to cheer along our gallant runners throughout the 10k course.
